30-Day Return and Refund Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to request a return

Email seybertrzepecki@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For returns due to a change of mind, size, fit, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.


Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and items that have been worn, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.


Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact seybertrzepecki@gmail.com.
