Shipping destination
We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Standard transit time is generally 5–8 business days after shipment. The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 6–9 business days after the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Standard shipping is $6.90 when the applicable free-shipping threshold is not met. Free-shipping eligibility varies by product and order value because different products use different shipping profiles. The exact shipping charge and any free-shipping offer are displayed before payment at checkout and will be the amount charged to the customer.
Split shipments
Products in the same order may ship separately. When this happens, the customer may receive more than one package and tracking number, with no additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Tracking
When an order ships, we will email the tracking number and carrier link to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact seybertrzepecki@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or undeliverable.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact seybertrzepecki@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.
